DPH Consulting Services was founded in order to share our creativity, innovation, and ideas with business and organizations that want to develop high performing employees. Our mission is to help people, businesses and organizations funtion at their optimal level. Through this mission, we work to assist employers and employees in organizations and businesses learn how to work together more effectively, create a more pleasant work environment and produce greater outcomes through recognizing that attitude and teamwork are essential ingredients for success in the workplaces.
About the President and COO
Dacia P. Hastings is the President and COO of DPH Consulting Services. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, practicing Psychotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Trainer, and Life Coach. Ms. Hastings holds a BS degree in Psychology and an Masters in Social Work. In 2005, she received a nationally recognized Leadership certification (CPM) from George Washington University Center for Excellence in Municipal Management. Additionally, she is a 2009 doctoral candidate of a prestigious university in the Management and Organizational Leadership program.
